This Month In Real Estate I have nothing but good things to say about Ryan and Loree Castleberry! Ryan was willing to be patient with my fiance and I when we were just toying with the idea of buying a house, and kept sending us listings without pressuring until we were ready. Once we found a house that we loved, however, Ryan and especially Loree jumped into action and helped us put a winning bid on an affordable house that was being absolutely swamped with bids. They were consistently willing to answer questions and put legalese into understandable English for us. They helped us generate solutions to questions without forcing their own opinions on us, and were generally just wonderfully supportive of what WE decided and what WE needed. Ryan and Loree are not just good and finding people a home, but at supporting them through the home-buying process. We were unfortunate enough to have a difficult buying experience, but NOT because of Ryan and Loree, rather it was because of the selling agent involved. Loree became my phone-friend and was always willing to pick up the phone and update me on the process, or answer my panicked and increasingly stressed out questions. She and Ryan were just as proactive as we were, working hard to get the answers we needed from the sellers and try to get us into our new home on the schedule we needed. To top it all off, Ryan and Loree ordered pizza for us and had it delivered on the evening we were moving in - few things have ever tasted as good. I highly recommend the Castleberry Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Atlanta. They are kind, forthright, willing to work and supportive. I am thrilled to have used them as my realtors, and would only ever use them in the future. Everyone should use this agent!!! Best Agent Ever!!! I have nothing but good things to say about the Castleberry Team. They are great honest people that work very hard week in and week out to make sure that you are taken care of. They have great skills when it comes time to write that contract because they take care of your bottom line and they watch out for you because they treat you like family. I can honestly say that even in a declining housing market I have had more showings on my house than any other house I have listed. It did not take long for a contract to come through on my house even though I thought that it would take a year in this market. They are also great at Short Sale listings. They have done many in the past and they make this long process go as smoothly as possible. They make you aware of everything that is going on, they do not leave you in the dark at all. They are fantastic at selling homes, but even more so, they are excellent on finding that next home that you want to live in. They find you exactly what you are looking for no matter what. They by far are the best agents I ever had. The Castleberry Team is VERY responsive! The Castleberry team conscientiously do their research and keep me updated on the real estate situation in my area. If I decide to put my home on the market, I will definitely consider working with this team! They are very motivated and responsive. |
Ryan is always on line! Working away on his computer.....He is always online building relationships and networking with other agents. Usually it's another agent that brings a buyer to your listing so the more Realtor relationships you have the faster a listing will sell. Ryan is an expert at creating a massive data base all over the country. I would be honored to have him serve my referrals. |

Castleberry Team is Problem-Solving,... We ve worked w/the Castleberry Team having them list and sell many houses that we renovated in Decatur. We ve always been impressed with how they stepped up and figured out how to solve any problem that we, the house, or the buyer or other agent had, in order to get the houses sold.
